Wir verwenden Sessel, Steps (als Bank f\u00fcr \u00dcbungen und zum Sitzen), Hanteln, Fussmanschetten, Widerstandsb\u00e4nder, Gymnastikb\u00e4lle und Ringb\u00e4nder.
