{"id":30576,"date":"2025-01-23T12:32:38","date_gmt":"2025-01-23T11:32:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.barbaralust.at\/?page_id=30576"},"modified":"2026-01-24T08:28:47","modified_gmt":"2026-01-24T07:28:47","slug":"usi-kurs-2108-dienstag-1420-1527-aerobic-stretch-usz2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.barbaralust.at\/?page_id=30576","title":{"rendered":"USI-Kurs 2108 Dienstag 14:20-15:27 Aerobic &#038; Stretch @ USZ2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Kursstart M\u00e4rz 2026<\/strong> (Sommersemester 2026)<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/musi.usi.at\/\">Anmeldung<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Stundeninhalt:<\/strong> Warm Up Aerobic-Style, Cardio (Choreos einfach und aufbauend, Freestyle, Intervalle, Taeboxing), Core-\u00dcbungen (Bauch &amp; R\u00fccken), l\u00e4ngerer Stretching-Teil.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Keine Vorkenntnisse n\u00f6tig, allerdings sollte man f\u00fcr diese Einheit Choreos und die Bewegung zur Musik m\u00f6gen.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201eAerobic\u201c am USI Wien entspricht im Groben meinen \u201eWorkouts\u201c \u2013 genauer gesagt der Version \u201eAerobic &amp; Floorwork\u201c<\/strong>, wobei in dieser Einheit <strong>Floorwork<\/strong> einen <strong>l\u00e4ngeren und intensiveren Stretching-Teil mit B\u00e4ndern<\/strong> inkl. <strong>Core-Training<\/strong> (Bauch &amp; R\u00fccken) beinhaltet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adresse:<\/strong>\u00a0Auf der Schmelz 6A, 1150 Wien<\/p>\n<p><strong>Erreichbarkeit:<\/strong> Mit der U3 zur Johnstrasse ist man in 20 Geh-Minuten vor Ort (wenn man sehr langsam geht), von der U3-Station Kendlerstrasse sind es 15 Geh-Minuten, die Linien <span id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1706215007039_66\">10A, 48A, und 49 fahren ebenso zur Sportst\u00e4tte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Wir sind im <strong>Gymnastikraum <\/strong>des USZ2, das ist der <strong>Saal im Ergeschoss<\/strong>.
