Anschliessend folgen \u00dcbungen f\u00fcr den ganzen K\u00f6rper im Stehen und am Boden, danach Stretching.<\/p>\n<p><i>In diesem Kurs verwenden wir sehr oft auch die Steps (und machen dann Step Aerobic).<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Hier findet ihr alle <strong>Infos zu Hanteln &amp; Co.<\/strong> in dieser Sportst\u00e4tte: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.barbaralust.at\/?page_id=30825\">Zusatzger\u00e4te @ Spitalgasse<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Adresse:<\/strong> Spitalgasse 14, 1090 Wien<\/p>\n<p><strong>Erreichbarkeit:<\/strong> 11 Geh-Minuten von der <strong>U6-Station W\u00e4hringer Strasse<\/strong>, oder auch eine Station mit den Strassenbahnen 40, 41 oder 42. Mit den Strassenbahnen 37, 38, 41 oder 42 ist man in 10 Minuten von der Station <strong>U2-Station Schottentor<\/strong> bei der Sportst\u00e4tte.
